France Daigle is a prize-winning Acadian writer of novels and plays in French. Her novel Pour sûr not only won her first GG award, but also received the Prix Antonine-Maillet Acadie Vie 2012. Since publishing her first novel, Sans jamais parler du vent, she has written some ten novels, four plays, contributed to film scripts and won numerous awards. A former news writer for Radio-Canada Acadie, she is currently a columnist for the daily L’Acadie Nouvelle. France Daigle lives in Moncton, New Brunswick.
